Mindfulness Workshop: Letting Go. 2:30-4:00 p.m. Based in mindfulness and meditative techniques, "Letting Go" will introduce self-care methods to use when worry, anxiety, and stress plague you. Learn how to reflect and set intentions that will benefit you now. Become more present and less distant in your daily life. Some benefits of this workshop include more clarity, more self-awareness, less stress and worry, and an overall peace. Join us to receive more tools for your self-care toolkit. It's time to make the decision to just let go. This workshop will be led by Rev. Dr. Natasha Ward, a holistic educator who has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 20 years. Exercise is Medicine 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. -- EIM is a circuit cardio alternating safe and easy to follow low-impact aerobics with strength conditioning. Elastic tubing with handles is used for resistance training and core strengthening. The Exercise is Medicine (EIM) program includes “move and learn” activity designed to offer those of all ages with chronic diseases the cardio-strength-flexibility and balance training needed to safely improve chronic health condition symptoms.

Book Club with Lola 3:30-4:30 p.m. he Newnan Carnegie Library hosts Book Club with Lola! Lola, a registered therapy dog, and her handler, Ms. Pam provide a free fifteen minute, private reading exercise for elementary and middle school aged students. *Registration required.* Please call 770-683-1347 to register.


Preschool Story Time 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.-- A fun time of singing, dancing, reading, crafting, and learning! There’s always a little silliness too. This is a program that requires pre-registration. Please visit for more program information and guidelines.
